Red pepper jam “La Chinata” is a gourmet product of exquisite flavour elaborated from fresh natural peppers of first quality through a traditional process, they are simmered along with sugar and the result is a jelly jam with a great flavour with a perfect texture. It is ideal to accompany meat dishes such as beef or pork and fish such as salmon. Also to give a touch to rices, pastas or salads, as well as to make sauces or to add to our stews. Our recommendation is to combine it with our meat pâtés and our cheese creams. Content: 280 grams.
