La Chinata Partridge Pâté with EVOO is made with pieces of partridge of excellent quality, an exquisite game bird used by prestigious chefs thanks to its texture, flavour and versatility in the kitchen. In addition, it is made with EVOO, which makes it delicious in the mouth.

This pate is recommended as snack, spread on bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our variety of “regañás” and “picos”.You can take it alone or you can give it a touch with our vegetable jams, such as Onion JamRed Pepper Jam or Pumpkin Jam, and accompany it with our Cherry Flavoured Balsamic CreamTruffle Flavoured Balsamic Cream or Fig Flavoured Balsamic Cream La Chinata. It can also be a good accompaniment or dressing to offer a distinctive flavour to elaborations of stews, roasts, or even for rice.

It is recommended to serve the paté slightly cold if it is going to be spread on bread, to enhance its nuances in the mouth. It perfectly pairs with our Select Barrel La Chinata Red Wine and our La Chinata Black Olive Flavored Beer 330 ml.
