La Chinata red pepper and green olives spread is a delicious combination of two natural and first quality Mediterranean products, red pepper and green olives, with a distinguishing and special touch provided by our La Chinata Extra Virgin Olive Oil.It is very creamy and it has a very aromatic, fresh, and soft flavour; perfect to spread on bread or to add as a sauce for pasta, meat stews, vinaigrettes, or as an accompaniment for meat dishes, fish or vegetables.In this product, we find the sum of all pepper and green olives properties. On one side, pepper is one of the most important antioxidants and its high pro-vitamin A (Beta carotene and Cryptoxanthin) content is particularly remarkable, and our body will transform it in vitamin A.It also contains vitamins from group B, C and E. Among the minerals, it is also remarkable the presences of potassium and, in lower proportion, are present magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium.Regarding to green olives, they add vitamins (as vitamin A, E and vitamins from group B), in addition to minerals (phosphorus, iodine, potassium, magnesium and calcium) and antioxidants.Net weight: 180 g.
