Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the juice of Hojiblanca variety olives, very characteristic of Andalucia, being mainly in the provinces of Sevilla, south of Cordoba and Malaga. In these areas, we collect only those fruits that bring together the properties that we consider fundamental to obtain a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
It’s made an early harvest of the olives, with which we can produce a higher quality EVOO and thus ensure the conservation of its organoleptic properties.
Only through this system of selection, we can guarantee to our clients an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of which we are completely sure regarding quality.
La Chinata Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is known for its vegetable flavour with sweet touches at the beginning of its tasting, leaving a slight itch in throat and a final aftertaste to almonds. Likewise, its aroma remains fresh fruit, such as freshly cut grass, and white flowers.
It is the ideal EVOO variety for blue fish such as tuna or salmon, as well as for meat or fish carpaccio.
