Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the juice of Arbequina variety olives. It is a very common variety of Tarragona and Lleida, although it is also present in the Aragonese community and in some points of Andalusia and Castilla La Mancha. We collect only those fruits that gather the properties that we consider fundamental to obtain high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It’s made an early harvest of olives with which we can produce a higher quality EVOO and thus ensure the conservation of its organoleptic properties.
Only through this system of selection, we can guarantee to our clients an Extra Virgin of which we are completely sure regarding quality. Arbequina is a soft, light and sweet variety with a delicate texture.
This EVOO is 100% made with Arbequina olives, and offers a fruity and sweet flavour, with hints of apple and almonds.
Arbequina EVOO, thanks to its softness and lightness, is recommended for fresh and cooked vegetables, steam fish, as well as delicate dishes, sauces and pastries, because it brings flavour without masking others.
