Picual EVOO has great strength and body. And its flavor is slightly bitter and spicy, with an aroma reminiscent of fruit herbs. It is an EVOO that withstands high temperatures very well, making it perfect for all types of frying.
Arbequina EVOO is made with a soft, light and sweet olive with a delicate texture and has a fruity and sweet flavor, with touches of apple and almonds. Thanks to its softness and lightness, it is recommended for fresh and cooked vegetables, steamed fish, as well as delicate dishes, sauces and pastries, because it adds flavor without masking the rest of the ingredients.
Hojiblanca EVOO is characterized by its vegetable flavor with sweet touches and leaves a slight itch in the throat with a final aftertaste to almonds. Likewise, its aroma resembles fresh fruit and white flowers. It is the ideal EVOO variety for blue fish such as tuna or salmon, as well as for meat or fish carpaccios.
