Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the juice of Picual variety olives, typical mainly of the region of Andalucia, especially of the provinces of Jaen, Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla. In this area, we collect only those fruits that bring together the properties that we consider fundamental to obtain a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
It’s made an early harvest of olives, with which we can produce a higher quality EVOO and thus ensure the conservation of its organoleptic properties.
Only through this system of selection, we can guarantee to our clients an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of which we are completely sure regarding quality.
This variety is very rich in Oleic Acid, very beneficial to reduce the risks of cardiovascular and liver diseases, as well as a lot of natural antioxidants and an excellent composition of fatty acids.
It is an EVOO of great strength and body, with hints of wood, banana, as well as freshly cut grass. Its flavour is slightly bitter and spicy and its aroma reminds of fruit herbs.
It is an EVOO that withstands high temperatures very well, making it perfect for fried chicken, vegetables or fish.
