Products and Pricing
Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be deducted from your debit/credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card (e.g. sterling) the exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Live Healthy.
Once you have entered your personal details and have proceeded past the checkout stage of the purchase process, it is deemed that you wish to purchase the product or products in the shopping cart. It is also assumed that you wish to have your debit/credit card deducted accordingly.
Products are delivered on the premise that they are for your own personal consumption, and not for re-sale. We will dispatch products as quickly as possible, and use the national postal service or a courier company for delivery. Courier companies require a signature for proof of delivery. For over seas orders and where an order weighs more than 2kg, further postage charges may apply, irrespective of the value of your order. In this instance, we will contact you before we process your order.
Importing products from Ireland
If you order products on this website, and your delivery address is outside of Ireland or EU, these products may be subject to import taxes/duties imposed by the relevant country of residence of the customer. Live Healthy have no control over the imposition and rates of these taxes and cannot predict their amount, or pre-charge them. Therefore, these duties are your responsibility. It is advisable to contact your local customs office for further details. In addition, you must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and laws of the destination delivery address. Live Healthy are not liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
At Live Healthy, we understand that from time to time, a product may not reach you in the condition you had expected it. Also, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If for some reason you wish to return the product, please contact us by email first within 14 working days of purchase at email@example.com stating the reason for return.
We will issue a replacement product or a full refund for the wrong item being dispatched by us (once we receive the returned product).
We will take postage and packaging charges into account. Returns for any other reason will receive a refund (once we receive the returned product). The cost of postage and packing in this instance must be borne by the customer.
All returns must reach us by 14 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened. The original packaging and labelling must still be attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If a refund is deemed necessary, we can only refund the debit/credit card which was used originally for purchase.
